  • • As a Scale Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will play a critical role in helping customers maximize the value they gain from the Wrike platform by driving product adoption, increasing satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities through scalable digital engagement strategies.
  • • Day to day, you will implement engagement strategies using webinars, automated email campaigns, in-app messaging, and targeted 1:1 interactions; monitor customer health at scale using digital tools and analytics; identify expansion opportunities; and promote a digital-first culture across customer success initiatives.
  • • You will join Wrike’s Self Service team, supporting a diverse customer base in the DACH region from the Nicosia office, contributing to a company vision where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work through innovative work management solutions.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in scalable customer success, data-driven customer health monitoring, digital engagement campaigns, and SaaS business acumen while advancing your career in a collaborative, customer-focused, and innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ Years of Experience in Scale Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS
  • • Customer-Centric Mindset with focus on understanding customer needs and delivering value
  • • Exceptional organizational skills to manage high volumes of activities efficiently while maintaining quality
  • • Experience in driving digital engagement campaigns (e.g., webinars, automated emails, in-app messaging)
  • • Ability to communicate written and orally in German and English
  • • Solid understanding of business processes, negotiation, and data-driven mindset in enterprise customer context
