  • • As a Scale Customer Success Manager for the DACH region, you will play a critical role in helping Wrike customers maximize the value they gain from the platform by driving product adoption, increasing satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities through scalable digital engagement strategies.
  • • Day to day, you will implement engagement strategies using scalable digital plays such as webinars, automated email campaigns, and in-app messaging, combined with targeted 1:1 interactions; monitor customer health at scale using analytics tools to track GRR and NRR; identify expansion opportunities from digital insights; and promote a digital-first culture in customer success initiatives.
  • • You will join Wrike’s Self Service team within a global innovator in work management, where the vision is to free everyone to focus on their most purposeful work. The company fosters a culture of being smart, dedicated, approachable, customer-focused, collaborative, creative, and committed, with hybrid work options based in Prague.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in scalable customer success, digital engagement, SaaS business acumen, and data-driven retention strategies, while growing your impact in a high-volume, high-impact environment that values continuous learning and organizational discipline.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ Years of Experience in Scale Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
  • • Customer-Centric Mindset with focus on understanding needs and delivering value
  • • Discipline and Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage high volumes efficiently
  • • Curiosity and Learning: Willingness to continuously grow and develop in the role
  • • Digital Engagement Experience: Proven ability to drive digital engagement campaigns
  • • Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, negotiation, and data-driven mindset in enterprise context
  • • Ability to communicate written and orally in German and English
