Scaled Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Scaled Customer Success Manager at TigerData Inc., you will own outcomes across a 1:many customer segment of approximately 1,500 accounts, directly impacting portfolio retention, driving qualified expansion (CSQLs), and increasing meaningful product adoption at scale.
• • Day to day, you will design and execute segmented engagement campaigns using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach; build personalized monthly adoption email campaigns; launch and run a repeatable monthly webinar cadence; analyze product usage data to identify retention risk and growth opportunities; generate and qualify expansion leads; collaborate with RevOps and Marketing on lifecycle campaigns; leverage AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to improve efficiency; and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer insights.
