  • • As a Scaled Customer Success Manager at OneSignal, you will engage and grow the Tech Touch customer base by driving platform adoption, supporting customer journeys at scale, and contributing to gross and net dollar retention goals. This role is critical to ensuring customers realize value from OneSignal’s omnichannel engagement platform, which powers personalized experiences for over 1.5 billion monthly active users across mobile and web push, in-app messaging, SMS, and email.
  • • Day to day, you will demonstrate value and drive OneSignal platform adoption among Tech Touch customers to meet GDR and NDR targets; manage inbound customer conversations using on-demand resources to address needs promptly; participate in and enhance 1:many programs such as Office Hours and training sessions; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Support teams to identify and act on customer engagement opportunities; analyze the customer journey to pinpoint optimization areas that improve health and expand use cases at scale; and develop deep knowledge of the OneSignal platform to apply it effectively across diverse customer verticals.
