- • As a Scaled Customer Success Manager - AMER at Remofirst Inc., you will play a critical role in enabling Freedom of Work by guiding customers and their employees through the global employment lifecycle using the company’s all-in-one HR platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include advising and proactively guiding customers and their employees through onboarding onto the RemoFirst platform, serving as their primary point of contact for ongoing needs, and supporting them throughout their global employment journey.
- • You will be part of the Customer Experience and Growth team, a small but strong group of 200+ problem solvers and overachievers who collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to deliver world-class service and support clients’ global employees via local partner networks.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global HR operations, compliance, and payroll while building trusted relationships with international clients, contributing to customer retention and expansion, and growing your impact in a fast-scaling, mission-driven startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or global employment solutions
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and support diverse clients and their employees across the Americas
- • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- • Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, compliance, payroll, or benefits administration
- • Proficiency in using CRM or customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce) to track engagement and drive outcomes
- • Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus for serving clients across Latin America
