- • As a Scaled Customer Success Manager - EMEA at Remofirst Inc., you will play a critical role in guiding customers and their employees through the global employment lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support via the company’s all-in-one global HR platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include advising customers on compliance, payroll, and benefits management, serving as the primary point of contact post-onboarding, and proactively addressing client needs to drive retention and satisfaction across the EMEA region.
- • You will join a small but growing team of 200+ professionals at Remofirst, a mission-driven company transforming global hiring by enabling 'Freedom of Work' through innovative HR technology and strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and leading startups.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global employment practices, strengthen your client advisory skills, and contribute to scaling customer success operations while advancing your career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within HR, payroll, or global employment services
- • Strong understanding of international compliance, payroll processes, and benefits administration across multiple jurisdictions
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently in a fast-paced, scalable environment
- • Fluency in English; additional EMEA language skills (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are a plus
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
