📋 Description

• • Own the entire scientific onboarding journey for Fortune-500 R&D organizations, translating complex lab workflows into elegant, data-driven experiments inside Uncountable’s platform. You will be the bridge between bench scientists, data engineers, and executive stakeholders, ensuring every molecule, polymer, or formulation is captured, structured, and ready for machine-learning insights.
• • Drive new business development by running technical discovery calls, white-boarding experimental designs, and quantifying ROI for materials, chemicals, and life-science prospects. You’ll co-author proposals, deliver tailored demos, and close scientific gaps that traditional sales teams cannot—turning PhD-level skepticism into enthusiastic adoption.
• • Architect data-migration strategies that rescue years of scattered Excel sheets, ELN exports, and LIMS tables. You will map raw measurements to Uncountable’s schema, write Python snippets for automated cleanup, and train customer teams so they can replicate the process independently.
• • Lead cross-functional implementation sprints—setting 30-60-90-day timelines, coordinating with product and engineering, and surfacing feature gaps that become roadmap priorities. Your post-mortems will directly influence how the platform evolves for formulation optimization, high-throughput screening, and regulatory reporting.
• • Serve as the scientific voice of the customer in weekly product councils, presenting use-cases that justify new visualizations, AI models, and compliance modules. You’ll convert anecdotal pain points into quantified user stories that engineers can build and QA can test.
• • Design and deliver on-site and virtual training sessions—from half-day workshops on DOE best practices to deep-dive academies on Bayesian optimization—ensuring every chemist, biologist, and process engineer becomes a power user within weeks.
• • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging R&D trends (solid-state batteries, mRNA delivery systems, sustainable polymers) and translate them into vertical-specific playbooks that give Uncountable a first-mover advantage in new markets.
• • Build lasting scientific credibility by publishing joint case studies, presenting at ACS, AIChE, or BIO, and maintaining an external network of KOLs who can vouch for the platform’s impact on innovation velocity and IP generation.
• • Balance multiple enterprise implementations across New York, San Francisco, Munich, and London, adapting your communication style to regional regulatory nuances and cultural expectations while keeping global KPIs on track.
• • Mentor junior scientific solutions associates, reviewing experimental schemas, refining demo scripts, and sharing objection-handling techniques so the entire team scales faster than the customer pipeline.
