📋 Description

• We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support an Agile development team of approximately 10 members working on a modern health services platform.
• In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and help the team deliver high-quality solutions effectively.
• You will work closely with engineers, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to improve collaboration, optimize delivery processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator and servant leader who understands Agile principles, can coach teams toward greater autonomy, and has experience working in software development environments.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support a development team of around 10 members in applying Agile and Scrum principles effectively.
• Coach the team on Agile practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
• Monitor team progress, identify risks, and support effective delivery planning.
• Promote transparency through effective use of Agile metrics and reporting.
• Encourage collaboration between engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
• Help improve team processes, workflows, and communication practices.
• Support the team in maintaining a sustainable delivery pace.
• Facilitate discussions around technical challenges, dependencies, and process improvements.
• Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role.
• Proven experience supporting software development teams using Scrum methodology.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and team dynamics.
