- • As a Scrum Master at Assurant, you will play a pivotal role in enabling agile teams to deliver high-quality software by fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and upholding Scrum principles—directly contributing to the company’s mission of supporting and connecting major consumer purchases through innovative solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; tracking and communicating team velocity; coaching cross-functional teams; refining the product backlog with the Product Owner; managing dependencies; and ensuring adherence to Agile values through continuous improvement and servant leadership.
