- • As a Seasonal Customer Love Associate at Reformation, you will provide consistently magical customer service across all channels, building long-term, loyal client relationships through a customer-first mindset while supporting the brand’s mission to advance sustainable fashion.
- • Day to day, you will deliver excellent customer experiences via email, text, and chat; process orders efficiently by mastering shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures; act as a stylist, friend, and personal assistant to help customers find their next favorite item; share customer and product feedback with internal teams like Merchandising and Product Development; and gain cross-functional exposure to various aspects of the business.

- • Prior experience on an e-commerce customer service team (Extra Credit)
