- • Be the holiday hero for thousands of gift-givers nationwide. As a Minted Seasonal Customer Service Representative you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our global design marketplace, helping customers choose, customize, and receive the perfect art, stationery, and home-décor pieces during the busiest—and most magical—time of the year.
- • Own every interaction from first hello to delighted goodbye. You will handle a high volume of live chats, emails, and phone calls seven days a week, guiding shoppers through product questions, order modifications, shipping updates, and design customizations while maintaining Minted’s signature warmth and attention to detail.
- • Master our technology stack to deliver friction-free support. You will navigate Salesforce CRM, internal knowledge bases, order-management dashboards, and real-time shipping feeds to document cases, surface accurate information, and ensure no customer question falls through the cracks.
- • Turn problems into moments of surprise and delight. Whether a package is delayed, a color looks different on screen, or a bride needs 200 programs overnight, you will calmly investigate, offer creative solutions, and follow through until the customer is genuinely happy.
- • Champion continuous improvement. After each shift you will flag recurring pain points, suggest knowledge-base updates, and share voice-of-customer insights with supervisors so that Minted’s service keeps getting smarter, faster, and more empathetic.
- • Protect quality and productivity KPIs. You will balance speed with accuracy, aiming for first-contact resolution, high CSAT scores, and efficient handle times while staying compliant with all policies and procedures.
- • Embrace a variable schedule that mirrors holiday demand. You will work evenings and weekends in October, ramp up to longer shifts around Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and remain flexible through December to ensure every last-minute shopper feels supported.
- • Thrive in a 100 % remote, yet tightly connected, team culture. You will join daily huddles, weekly coaching sessions, and peer chat rooms that keep the holiday spirit alive—even when you’re answering questions from your own living room in Georgia.
