- • As a Security Advisor II in Falcon Complete, you will play a critical role in safeguarding customer environments by ensuring alignment with CrowdStrike’s security standards and driving proactive improvements to prevent breaches.
- • Day to day, you will assess customer Falcon environments, provide security recommendations, create remediation plans, document and resolve issues per SLAs, generate service reports, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve technical challenges.
- • You will join a mission-driven cybersecurity leader protecting organizations globally through its AI-native platform, where innovation, customer obsession, and integrity are core values, and you’ll work alongside passionate professionals committed to stopping breaches.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in threat detection, incident response, and enterprise security operations while developing advisory and consulting skills that position you as a trusted security partner to sophisticated clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role
- • Excellent customer-facing communication skills, both verbal and written
- • Adept in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
- • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent relevant experience
- • US Citizenship or Green Card Holder
