- • Design, build, and scale security infrastructure from the ground up across systems, networks, endpoints, and products
- • Own and evolve security architecture across endpoint security, network security, application security, product security, and data security
- • Develop and maintain detection, monitoring, and incident response capabilities across both cloud and on-prem environments
- • Establish security controls, policies, and operational processes to enable the company to scale securely
- • Partner closely with engineering teams to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- • Drive vulnerability management programs including identification, prioritization, remediation, and validation of security flaws
- • Lead risk assessments across infrastructure, applications, vendors, and internal systems
- • Build and improve security education and awareness programs across the organization
- • Collaborate with a team focused on building general-purpose Physical AI
- • Own IT Infrastructure in the interim
- • Operate independently while prioritizing effectively to build systems from zero to scale
- • Remain highly hands-on as an individual contributor while leading or mentoring security teams
- • Apply strong software engineering and infrastructure skills using Python, Go, or similar languages
- • Implement detection and response systems tailored to fast-moving environments
- • Ensure security controls align with best practices in risk management and vulnerability management
- • Integrate security workflows into engineering and infrastructure pipelines
- • Operate and manage production infrastructure and cloud environments
- • Apply deep understanding of modern security domains including endpoint, network, application, product, and data security
- • Secure AI systems, robotics platforms, or large-scale distributed infrastructure where applicable
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent software engineering and infrastructure skills (Python, Go, or similar)
- • Extensive experience building and operating security infrastructure in fast-moving environments
- • Deep understanding of modern security domains including endpoint, network, application, product, and data security
- • Experience designing and implementing detection and response systems
- • Strong understanding of security controls, risk management, and vulnerability management best practices
- • Hands-on experience operating production infrastructure and cloud environments
