📋 Description
- • Convert warm inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns into sales through telephone conversations with potential customers
- • Make proactive outbound calls to prospects to generate new holiday bookings and expand the customer base
- • Build and manage your own sales pipeline using provided booking platforms and tools
- • Deliver a world-class customer experience by offering expert, authentic advice on short- and long-haul holiday destinations
- • Represent loveholidays as a trusted brand ambassador with deep knowledge of global travel options
- • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a commission-only basis, with realistic OTE of £60k+ and top performers earning over £100k annually
- • Work flexible hours within the operational window of 0900–2130, seven days a week, to align with customer demand
- • Operate as a self-employed consultant with full autonomy over your schedule, treating the role as your own business
- • Utilize proven B2C travel sales techniques to build rapport, resolve customer queries, and close sales effectively
- • Maintain high standards of customer service while adapting communication style to diverse demographics across the UK
- • Participate in comprehensive induction training to understand product offerings, booking systems, and sales protocols
- • Work remotely from any location within the UK with all necessary hardware and software provided by loveholidays
- • Take full responsibility for your own tax and National Insurance contributions, as this is not an employed position
- • Collaborate with a team of self-employed consultants in a high-performing, target-driven environment
- • Leverage your passion for travel to inspire confidence in customers and drive repeat business and referrals
- • Adapt quickly to evolving marketing campaigns and sales strategies to maximize conversion rates
- • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes using company-provided systems
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with company goals and brand values

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of B2C travel sales experience selling to customers in the UK and overseas
- • Proven success in both inbound and outbound telephone sales
- • Passion for the travel industry with authentic knowledge of holiday destinations
- • Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable working on a commission-only, self-employed basis
- • UK residency required; cannot accept applications from non-UK residents
- • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends within 0900–2130 operational window
