• • Manage inbound business development inquiries and referrals, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective clients seeking services from the agency.
• • Coordinate and draft comprehensive business proposals by gathering case studies, service capabilities, and customizing content to align with client-specific needs and objectives.
• • Lead end-to-end project management for complex RFPs, including defining timelines, estimating budgets, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of all materials.
• • Maintain and update CRM systems (Pipedrive) to track prospects, manage outreach pipelines, and document communication history for business development activities.
• • Oversee execution of marketing initiatives including content calendars, email newsletters, webinars, and social media campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards.
• • Collect and compile performance data and creative assets from internal teams to produce compelling case studies that showcase campaign success and client impact.
• • Manage logistics for public relations activities, including industry award submissions, media inquiries, and coordination of speaking engagements for agency leadership.
• • Drive continuous improvement of marketing and sales operations by identifying inefficiencies, recommending process enhancements, and implementing workflow optimizations.
• • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, business development leads, and marketing strategists to align operational execution with strategic growth goals.
• • Support conference planning and attendance logistics, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and post-event follow-up activities.
• • Ensure all client-facing materials, presentations, and communications are polished, accurate, and tailored to reflect the agency’s creative and strategic positioning.

• • Act as a liaison between U.S.-based clients and Latin American-based internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• • Utilize AI tools and workflow automation platforms to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort in repetitive operational tasks.
• • Maintain organized digital files and documentation systems to ensure easy retrieval of past proposals, campaign data, and client records.
