- • Serve as an individual contributor Account Executive reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Asia Pacific, focusing exclusively on enterprise clients across Australia and New Zealand.
- • Build and cultivate relationships with C-level and senior executives in Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance functions at large Australian banks, Global 2000 corporations, fintechs, neo-banks, and digital asset exchanges.
- • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to fully understand client challenges, strategic initiatives, existing technology stacks, and compliance priorities related to fraud, identity, and AML.
- • Position Sardine’s platform as a strategic solution by articulating its value in preventing identity fraud, payment fraud, account takeovers, and social engineering scams using device intelligence, behavior biometrics, and AI.
- • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader in digital transformation, digital identity, compliance, and fraud prevention domains.
- • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from pipeline development through contract negotiation and closure, collaborating with BDRs and the Growth team on targeted outbound strategies.
- • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering to tailor product demonstrations and technical presentations that align with client-specific business and technology challenges.
- • Translate complex risk, compliance, and technical requirements into clear business value propositions that drive purchasing decisions.
- • Navigate multi-threaded, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, legal teams, procurement departments, and compliance reviews.
- • Provide market feedback to internal teams on prospect and customer needs, competitive landscape, and product fit to inform product and sales strategy.
- • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building within the financial services and fintech industries.
- • Demonstrate strong financial acumen in structuring and negotiating complex enterprise deals with variable pricing, licensing, and implementation terms.
- • Travel as needed across Australia, the Asia Pacific region, and globally to meet clients, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.
- • Operate effectively within a highly matrixed, global organization spanning multiple time zones and geographies, coordinating with teams in the Bay Area, NYC, Austin, Toronto, and São Paulo.
- • Leverage an existing network of industry executives and decision-makers in fraud prevention, financial services, and compliance to accelerate deal velocity and market penetration.
- • Maintain exceptional communication, public speaking, and written persuasion skills to deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and client communications.
- • Exhibit extreme ownership, self-motivation, and performance-driven mindset aligned with Sardine’s remote-first, outcome-oriented culture.
- • Work from any location within Australia or New Zealand — home, beach, mountain, or café — with full support for a personalized, productive remote environment.
