  • • Serve in the Illumio field organization to identify, create, and close new sales opportunities within targeted Fortune 250 accounts using a named accounts approach
  • • Lead a virtual team of Illumio personnel and external partners—including ADRs, partner account managers, and customer success advisors—to win enterprise deals ranging from $500k to over $1M
  • • Develop and execute a territory plan focused on landing and expanding within target accounts, prospecting to engage champions and sponsors who can drive opportunity creation
  • • Build and implement a regional sales strategy that integrates tight collaboration with resellers, system integrators, and other ecosystem partners to maximize pipeline and revenue
  • • Conduct compelling, tailored teaching conversations that align Illumio’s breach containment platform with each prospect’s unique security challenges and business objectives
  • • Accurately forecast client business objectives and Illumio’s sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with company-wide revenue targets
  • • Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key partners including resellers, system integrators, and other ecosystem stakeholders to enable co-selling and joint account growth
  • • Engage directly with C-suite executives across all lines of business, leveraging an established rolodex of contacts within the assigned region to drive executive-level buy-in
  • • Utilize a technically savvy understanding of cybersecurity and networking software to articulate the value of Illumio’s Zero Trust Segmentation platform and AI Security Graph
  • • Operate with urgency across all sales channels, capitalizing on market opportunities and adapting quickly to evolving enterprise security needs in hybrid multi-cloud environments
  • • Maintain a proven track record of consistent over-achievement in enterprise software sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas in fast-paced environments
  • • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles requiring coordination across technical, financial, and operational decision-makers
  • • Demonstrate exceptional listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover hidden pain points and position Illumio as the strategic solution to ransomware and breach containment
  • • Work remotely from Missouri with full alignment to Illumio’s global sales operations and team structure

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in security or networking software
  • • 5+ years of co-selling experience with a strong partner network (resellers, system integrators)
  • • Proven track record of closing deals ranging from $500k to over $1M with Fortune 250 accounts
  • • Strong relationships and active rolodex of C-suite contacts in the assigned region
  • • Experience selling Zero Trust, microsegmentation, or cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment with high autonomy and accountability
