- • Kit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join its growing Creator Partnerships team. This role is pivotal in scaling Kit's sales efforts by closing deals from various pipeline sources, representing the company at key industry events, and building strong relationships with creators. As an individual contributor with a personal quota, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding Kit's market presence within the dynamic creator economy.
- • In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals. Your day-to-day activities will involve converting product-qualified leads (PQLs) and engaging high-value accounts identified through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. You will also be tasked with generating your own consistent and healthy outbound pipeline through proactive outreach and leveraging your network. A significant aspect of your responsibility will be to deepen relationships with agency partners, conduct educational sessions for managers and talent teams, and directly engage with creators to demonstrate how Kit can effectively power their businesses and drive monetization. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of Creator Pro, Kit's premium tier, by highlighting its advanced capabilities such as attribution and cohort reporting, Subscriber Signals, A/B testing, dynamic send times, and premium integrations. Your efforts will be crucial in positioning Kit as the professional-grade platform for serious creators and growing expansion revenue through Pro upgrades.
- • You will report directly to Maggie Goldstone, Head of Creator Partnerships, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Support, Creator Growth, Ads, Deliverability, Migrations, and Product. This collaborative environment ensures you have the support needed to succeed and contribute to Kit's overall mission. Kit is a 100% independent and 100% remote company, fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation. The team is committed to helping creators earn a living, with a bold mission to help creators earn $1 billion using their platform. The company embraces AI thoughtfully in its operations and hiring processes, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
- • Within your first week, you will undergo Kit's comprehensive onboarding process, gaining access to essential tools like HubSpot, pipeline dashboards, and GTM tools such as Gong and Intercom. You will meet the team through introductory calls and begin observing active deals and agency partner calls to grasp the current landscape. Your initial focus will be on learning Kit's product, pricing, Creator Pro positioning, and understanding Kit's place within the broader creator economy. By the end of your first month, you will take ownership of a set of open opportunities, aiming to close deals and identify Creator Pro upgrade opportunities within your existing pipeline and among new prospects. You will also establish your outbound target list and set up necessary systems. Within your first six months, the expectation is to consistently hit or exceed your personal quota, travel a few times per quarter for industry events and meetings, and deepen partner relationships to surface new opportunities. By the end of your first year, you will have consistently achieved or surpassed your quota, with Creator Pro representing a significantly larger portion of your closed deals. You will have cultivated trusted relationships with agencies and managers who proactively bring opportunities to you, and established connections at key creator economy events that translate into tangible revenue impact.
