- • Actively acquire new customers in the healthcare sector through cold calling, appointment scheduling, product presentations, and closing deals across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- • Represent Tandem Health at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events as an ambassador for the company’s clinician copilot platform and mission.
- • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with physicians, doctors, practice managers, and key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- • Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to penetrate the German healthcare market and expand Tandem’s footprint in the DACH region.
- • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to incorporate market feedback and enhance the customer experience.
- • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and ensure transparent and organized sales management.
- • Work in close collaboration with leadership to refine the sales strategy and prioritize target segments within the DACH region.
- • Conduct product demonstrations and tailored presentations to diverse audiences including clinicians, hospital administrators, and health system leaders.
- • Travel occasionally to the Munich office (1–2 days per month) and to meet clinicians across the DACH region as needed.
- • Participate in occasional travel to Stockholm to collaborate with the core team and attend company-wide meetings or offsites.
- • Engage in a four-stage interview process including a screening interview, sales demo, interview with the DACH Country Director, and a half-day Working Day in the Munich office.
- • Adhere to company policies regarding handling sensitive patient data, including undergoing a background check prior to hire.
- • Operate as an independent sales professional while maintaining strong alignment with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- • Embody Tandem’s culture of action, ambition, and learning by taking ownership, challenging assumptions, and driving impact from day one.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or healthcare sectors
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences
- • Native level in German and fluent in English
- • Independent operator with ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- • High level of initiative, structured approach to work, and passion for challenges in a dynamic environment
- • Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation
