  • • This position demands a sophisticated approach, operating at the nexus of intricate enterprise buying environments, multi-product solution selling, and high-level executive influence. You will be adept at navigating complex and often lengthy procurement processes, skillfully aligning diverse stakeholder priorities across various departments, and consistently delivering measurable business outcomes that demonstrably improve enterprise security resilience at a significant scale.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own and strategically expand a dedicated portfolio of enterprise accounts, each exceeding $500 million in annual revenue. This involves fostering multi-threaded engagement across critical functions such as Security, Engineering, Product Management, Risk Management, Procurement, and executive leadership teams. You will be the primary driver of growth within these accounts, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for deeper platform integration and expanded product usage.
  • • Success in this role hinges on your ability to develop and execute highly sophisticated account strategies. These strategies will be designed to increase the overall adoption of the HackerOne platform, expand the product footprint across various solutions like Bug Bounty, Penetration Testing, AI Red Teaming, and Code Security, and ultimately drive multi-year revenue growth. You will need to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within each enterprise account to tailor your approach effectively.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to apply Data-Driven Decision Making to effectively manage complex enterprise sales pipelines. This includes forecasting with a high degree of accuracy, identifying untapped whitespace opportunities within existing accounts, and meticulously aligning your expansion strategies with measurable customer outcomes and tangible risk reduction metrics. Your insights will guide strategic decisions and ensure that our efforts are directly contributing to client success.
  • • You will leverage First Principles Problem Solving to dissect complex enterprise security challenges. This involves breaking down intricate problems into their fundamental components, clearly articulating and prioritizing stakeholder objectives, and architecting durable, scalable solutions that are intrinsically aligned with the long-term security transformation initiatives of our clients. Your ability to think critically and creatively will be essential.
  • • Embracing an AI First mindset is crucial. You will be expected to leverage AI-enabled tools for prospecting, account planning, and enhancing overall sales productivity. The goal is to improve deal velocity, ensure thorough executive preparation, and scale high-quality engagement across your portfolio of large, demanding enterprise accounts. This proactive adoption of AI will be a significant differentiator.
  • • Demonstrating Change Agility will be paramount. You will need to navigate the dynamic landscape of shifting enterprise priorities, evolving regulatory environments, continuous product innovation, and persistent competitive pressures. Maintaining consistent momentum and driving progress in long-cycle deals amidst these changes requires resilience and adaptability.
  • • You will lead complex negotiations, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), multi-year contracts, rigorous security reviews, and intricate enterprise procurement processes. This will be done in close partnership with our Legal, Finance, and Sales Engineering teams, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closure.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure robust platform adoption, high retention rates, and successful expansion within your strategic enterprise customer base. Your ability to foster strong internal relationships will directly impact external success.
  • • This role requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly in the realm of offensive security and continuous threat exposure management. You will be expected to articulate the value proposition of HackerOne's solutions in a way that resonates with C-suite executives and technical leaders, demonstrating how we help organizations build trust and resilience in an increasingly complex threat environment.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing strategic guidance and insights that help them mature their security programs and achieve their business objectives. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record selling into organizations with $500M+ annual revenue.
  • • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving C-level security and technical buyers.
  • • Consistent quota attainment in enterprise environments with multi-year contracts and six-figure to seven-figure deal sizes.
  • • Experience navigating enterprise procurement, legal negotiations, and security review processes.
  • • Experience selling cybersecurity, product security, offensive security, vulnerability management, or AI-enabled security platforms.
  • • Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, FedRAMP) and their impact on buying decisions.
  • • Experience building executive-level relationships (CISO, CIO, CTO, CRO) and driving board-visible initiatives.
  • • Demonstrated use of AI-powered sales tools to increase prospecting efficiency, deal qualification accuracy, or pipeline coverage in enterprise accounts.
