- • As a Senior Account Manager at Inbeat Agency Inc., you will own the full client lifecycle—from initial inbound opportunity qualification and deal closure to ongoing relationship management, retention, and growth—serving as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for enterprise clients while ensuring delivery alignment and financial accuracy.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads, developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) covering pricing, scope, and timeline; collaborating with founders to sell and close deals; leading internal and client kickoff meetings; managing client expectations, budget conversations, and issue resolution; identifying and closing upsell and renewal opportunities; protecting delivery teams from scope creep while spotting genuine growth areas; maintaining CRM hygiene and revenue forecast accuracy; aligning with Project Management on timelines and budgets; coordinating with Finance on billing milestones and payment schedules; and preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks to clients.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in account management or client-facing sales roles, preferably in creative, marketing, or agency environments, with a track record of closing deals and growing client relationships.
- • Strong ability to develop clear, detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that define scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables while aligning with internal capabilities.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience executive-level stakeholder management and leading client kickoffs, QBRs, and internal alignment meetings.
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking opportunities, managing pipelines, and maintaining accurate revenue forecasts.
- • Demonstrated skill in identifying and closing upsell and renewal opportunities while managing scope creep and protecting delivery teams from overcommitment.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Finance, Delivery, and Creative/Strategy to ensure seamless client execution.
