  • • As the Sales Manager, Key Accounts, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and execution for acquiring and retaining large, high-value clients. Your leadership will directly contribute to Culligan Quench's continued growth and its positive impact on the environment by providing innovative, bottle-free water solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for the overall performance of the Key Accounts sales team, setting ambitious yet achievable targets, and ensuring their consistent attainment. This involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of key accounts, which often involve long-term bundled service and rental subscription agreements.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to coach, mentor, and develop your team of Key Account Executives. This includes providing regular feedback, identifying training needs, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. Your ability to inspire and motivate will be crucial in driving individual and team success.
  • • You will oversee the entire sales cycle for key accounts, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. This requires a deep understanding of complex sales processes and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments within large organizations.
  • • Performance management will be a key responsibility. You will track team performance against key metrics, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions or best practices as needed to ensure targets are met and exceeded. This includes conducting regular performance reviews and setting clear expectations.
  • • Building and maintaining strong internal relationships across departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service will be essential. Your collaboration will ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive customer experience for our key accounts.
  • • You will be expected to develop and refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve leveraging CRM systems, implementing new sales technologies, and sharing best practices across the team.
  • • Strategic planning will be a significant component of your role. You will contribute to the overall sales strategy, identify new market opportunities within the key accounts segment, and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • • You will also be responsible for forecasting sales revenue and managing the sales pipeline for your team, providing accurate and timely reports to senior management.
