  • • As a Business Development Director at Mostudio LLC, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence within the federal health sector, with a primary focus on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and secondary focus on HHS, CMS, and DHA. Your work will directly contribute to MO’s mission of helping government leaders deliver mission-critical services faster and better through scalable, human-centered solutions powered by product, design, AI, data, and modern software practices.
  • • You will be responsible for creating and qualifying new business opportunities at the top of the funnel, driving market expansion by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with key federal stakeholders, industry partners, and ecosystem players. This role is instrumental in converting market intelligence into qualified pursuits that feed MO’s growth engine, working in close partnership with the CEO and capture leadership while leaving proposal execution to the dedicated growth team.
  • • Day to day, you will: conduct strategic market research to identify emerging needs and procurement trends across VA and federal health agencies; develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and influencers; build and maintain long-term relationships with senior government officials, industry partners, and prime contractors; represent MO at industry events, conferences, and federal forums (with up to 50% travel anticipated); collaborate with internal teams to translate client insights into compelling value propositions and capture strategies; track and report on pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and engagement metrics; support the development of teaming agreements and partnership models that enhance MO’s competitive positioning; and contribute to the refinement of MO’s go-to-market strategy based on real-time feedback from the field.
