- • Lead and scale Everself’s patient acquisition team as a Sales Manager, driving the conversion of inbound patient leads into life-changing weight loss procedures through consultative, empathetic sales conversations that align with the company’s mission to cure obesity.
- • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives by providing ongoing feedback, call coaching, and performance management to improve individual and team results, while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and patient-centric values.
- • Own and optimize the patient acquisition sales funnel by tracking and analyzing key conversion metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance sales efficiency and scalability.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Care Operations, Clinical, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient journey from initial inquiry through consultation and procedure scheduling, refining lead routing, messaging, and workflows for scalable growth.
- • Establish clear KPIs, expectations, and accountability structures that empower the team to exceed targets, while implementing structured coaching and improvement plans to sustain high performance in a fast-moving startup environment.
- • Develop and refine consultative sales techniques that guide patients through high-consideration healthcare decisions with credibility, clarity, and compassion, ensuring every interaction supports Everself’s patient-first philosophy.
- • Contribute to building a foundational sales organization as Everself scales, shaping processes, culture, and team structure to support long-term growth in the obesity care market.
- • Operate in a hybrid work model with three days in the San Francisco Market Street office and two days remote, balancing in-person collaboration with flexible work arrangements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative sales environments
- • 2-4+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams
- • Proven experience managing sales funnels, conversion metrics, and KPIs
- • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with sales dashboards and performance data
- • Experience coaching representatives in consultative, high-trust sales conversations
- • Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving processes
- • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
