  • • As a Business Development Executive at Tide Platform Limited, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting prospects into active members through targeted outreach and personalized onboarding support. Your work directly contributes to Tide’s mission of helping SMEs save time and money by expanding access to its business banking and administrative solutions.
  • • Day to day, you will call prospects from social media and price comparison websites, guide them through product signups, answer questions, troubleshoot KYC documentation issues, collaborate with product and compliance teams, and provide hands-on support during onboarding to ensure a seamless, 5-star member experience.
  • • You will join a dynamic, fast-paced fintech team based in Hyderabad, part of a global organization with over 1.8 million members across the UK, India, Germany, and France. Tide fosters a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion, with technology centers in Hyderabad and offices worldwide, supporting a flexible, collaborative work environment.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong commercial acumen, refine your sales and consultative communication skills, gain deep exposure to fintech products and compliance processes (KYC/AML), and grow your ability to manage end-to-end customer journeys — positioning you for advancement in business development, sales, or customer success within a high-growth fintech leader.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • • Previous customer service or telesales experience, specifically in POS device sales
  • • Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and upselling
  • • Comfortable with constant change and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • • Ability to troubleshoot issues and maintain a member-first mentality
  • • Self-motivated, conscientious, and eager to make a real impact on the business
