  • • As a Senior Account Manager at Jellyfish, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and business growth in Korea and beyond by managing strategic relationships and identifying expansion opportunities within a globally recognized digital marketing agency that blends technology, creativity, and data expertise.
  • • You will report directly to the Managing Director, giving you significant influence over the agency’s performance in the region while working with top-tier clients and leading tech partners to deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing existing client relationships to maximize renewal rates and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities through deep understanding of client objectives and campaign performance.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor by clearly articulating how Jellyfish’s work aligns with and delivers on client business goals, translating technical outcomes into strategic value.
  • • You will nurture long-term, collaborative partnerships with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors by fostering open communication, proactive problem-solving, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • • You will autonomously coordinate across service lines — including analytics, paid media, and emerging technologies — to ensure seamless execution of client needs and timely project delivery.
  • • You will lead new business pitches to prospects, crafting compelling narratives around Jellyfish’s capabilities in data-driven marketing, AI-powered search visibility, and integrated media activation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in both Korean and English, enabling effective communication with local and global stakeholders.
  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing sales or account management, preferably within an agency setting.
  • • Proficiency in Google Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools to support planning, reporting, and collaboration.
  • • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
  • • Experience in integrated paid media campaigns across social, digital, or SEM channels, or familiarity with Generative Engine Marketing (AI-driven search visibility).
  • • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships by identifying needs, delivering value, and fostering trust.
  • • Strong problem-solving mindset: you actively seek feedback, embrace challenges as learning opportunities, and implement solutions to improve and automate workflows.
  • • Creative and adaptable thinker who generates original ideas, experiments with new technologies, and adjusts strategies in response to evolving client needs or market shifts.
