  • • Own commercial relationship with assigned enterprise accounts, driving retention, renewal, and revenue expansion across the full customer lifecycle
  • • Lead end-to-end pricing, packaging, contract negotiation, and renewal conversations with executive stakeholders to secure multi-year agreements
  • • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans to identify and capture upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer portfolios
  • • Build and manage a predictable expansion pipeline by converting customer adoption signals into measurable revenue growth
  • • Proactively engage in churn-risk scenarios, leading commercial save strategies and recovery conversations centered on business value and partnership
  • • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to align on ROI, long-term partnership goals, and strategic outcomes with C-suite and key decision-makers
  • • Maintain accurate and disciplined forecasting of renewals and expansions in Salesforce, ensuring visibility and alignment across sales and customer success
  • • Partner closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Operations teams to improve customer outcomes and elevate the commercial voice of the customer internally
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback and market insights into product and service improvements
  • • Drive adoption of multi-year contract structures to increase renewal predictability and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • • Balance customer empathy with commercial discipline in high-stakes negotiations, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term partnership
  • • Operate with full ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, delivering consistent quota achievement in retention and expansion metrics
  • • Serve as the primary commercial liaison between Tapcheck and enterprise clients, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across diverse industries
  • • Identify whitespace opportunities within accounts and develop targeted strategies to unlock new revenue streams without relying on new customer acquisition
  • • Ensure alignment between customer success metrics and commercial outcomes to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and reduce churn

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Customer Growth, Renewals, or Strategic Accounts
  • • Proven track record of consistently achieving retention and/or expansion quotas
  • • Demonstrated experience managing complex, end-to-end renewal cycles including pricing, multi-year structuring, and contract negotiations
  • • Experience driving measurable improvements in Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and maintaining disciplined forecast accuracy
  • • Proven ability to lead executive-level customer conversations focused on ROI, business outcomes, and strategic partnership
  • • Experience building and managing an expansion pipeline within existing accounts
  • • Operated with high ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
