- • The Senior Account Manager - Brand role at Precision Medicine Group is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of brand and promotion projects for healthcare clients, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while identifying opportunities for organic growth.
- • This position is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project finances, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting business development efforts, all within a remote-friendly UK-based structure with optional office access in Salisbury or London.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading smaller accounts (£50,000–80,000 revenue) or supporting Senior Account Directors on larger accounts, liaising with clients on project progress, and completing weekly status reports to ensure timelines are met.
- • The role involves overseeing the development and delivery of campaign materials by coordinating with Creative, Digital, Client Services, and Editorial teams, scheduling Click-Ups to maintain workflow, and ensuring purchase orders are raised for external suppliers.
- • Financial accountability is central: the Senior Account Manager develops realistic budget estimates, monitors actual vs. budgeted hours and direct costs, flags discrepancies, and works with finance and account leads to maintain profitability and accurate revenue recognition.
- • Resource management is key—monitoring team capacity, identifying resourcing challenges, and proactively communicating needs to leadership while ensuring compliance with financial and project management processes from kickoff to reconciliation.
- • The role requires strict adherence to healthcare advertising regulations, including knowledge of codes of practice governing communication with healthcare professionals, payers, patients, and the public, ensuring all materials meet legal and ethical standards.
- • Management duties include coaching junior team members, managing external service providers, and upholding company policies with a personal commitment to compliance and ethical conduct.
- • Business development is a core expectation: identifying organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing new business through prior contacts, in collaboration with leadership.
- • Travel to client meetings is required as needed, and the role demands awareness of and conformity to legal requirements including Data Protection, Health and Safety, Information Security, and business ethics.
- • The individual will gain deep expertise in healthcare advertising project and financial management, client relationship strategy, and cross-functional leadership within a growing global precision medicine communications network.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years’ experience in advertising, preferably within a healthcare advertising agency
- • Demonstrated experience working across global, regional, and domestic markets, with the ability to adapt strategies to different geographies and organisational structures
