📋 Description
- • Lead international key clients with strategic approaches to ensure Out-of-Home (OOH) media plans and buys exceed client expectations and deliver OOH Excellence.
- • Manage direct reports, ensuring the client team effectively services clients and proactively contributes to growing both client and agency business.
- • Work closely with the Client Strategy Director to deliver, monitor, and update client business plans, forecasts, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and media owners across international markets, including UK, EMEA, and US regions.
- • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the global OOH media landscape, including vendor news, activity, and evolving industry trends.
- • Apply commercial mindset to negotiate pricing, secure campaign bookings, and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- • Ensure delivery of all client service charter requirements and maintain the highest standard of client service levels across all touchpoints.
- • Resolve complex client and campaign issues promptly, while coaching and supporting team members to resolve their own challenges.
- • Set and track individual client KPIs in collaboration with the Media Lead, ensuring all performance targets are met or exceeded.
- • Operate with operational excellence by adhering to, and helping evolve, internal processes and systems.
- • Participate in defining requirements for new tools and systems, and test enhancements when requested.
- • Help manage and host internal training sessions to upskill team members and promote best practices in OOH planning and client servicing.
- • Showcase best-in-class planning techniques to the team and monitor the quality of all client deliverables.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client forecasts in alignment with the Management Team, communicating key business changes proactively.
- • Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- • Mentor colleagues internally and externally, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing across teams.
- • Communicate clearly and diplomatically across all levels—internally, with clients, agencies, and media suppliers—both verbally and in writing.
- • Exhibit strong listening and comprehension skills, contributing positively to team spirit and collaborative culture.
- • Proactively learn and adapt to new international markets, working closely with local teams across 20+ countries to deliver tailored OOH solutions.
- • Align all activities with the strategic objectives of key accounts, ensuring consistency between client briefs, KPIs, and campaign execution.
