- • Independently manages a book of commercial insurance accounts on a day-to-day basis, coordinating services, resolving client issues, and ensuring timely and complete interactions with clients, agencies, and carrier personnel.
- • Negotiates and secures appropriate carrier coverage and pricing for new and renewal business, maintaining ongoing relationships with insurance company product managers and MGAs to obtain quotes, binders, and endorsements.
- • Works closely with Triumph’s sales teams to understand client and prospect needs, submits coverage specifications, obtains competitive quotes, and independently presents coverage options to clients.
- • Determines and implements optimal client service strategies for new and existing accounts through proactive communication and relationship-building initiatives.
- • Accurately enters and maintains policy data in AMS360, reviews policies and endorsements for correctness, and ensures all terms and conditions match the proposed coverage presented to the insured.
- • Prepares detailed insurance proposals, clearly documents policy form differences across quotes, and communicates subjectivities and exclusions to clients.
- • Applies industry expertise to identify coverage gaps in existing accounts and recommends cross-selling opportunities to expand and strengthen client portfolios.
- • Supervises and provides administrative direction to a team of account managers and support staff, ensuring adherence to established operational processes.
- • Trains team members on new and existing insurance programs, carrier platforms, and internal workflows to maintain consistency and efficiency across the account management function.
- • Collaborates with support staff to develop, refine, and implement improved processes that enhance team productivity and operational accuracy.
- • Maintains high standards of accuracy, precision, and timeliness in all client-facing and back-office responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within established parameters.
- • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and self-discipline to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities independently while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
- • Communicates professionally and effectively with internal teams and external clients at all levels, using strong verbal and written skills to build trust and resolve complex issues.
- • Exhibits tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment in handling sensitive client information and interpersonal dynamics to sustain long-term business relationships.
- • Maintains an active insurance agent’s license and commits to ongoing education to stay current with industry regulations, products, and best practices.
