  • • Lead technical engagements for enterprise customers in the Design & Manufacturing industry, with a focus on Automotive and Factory Design workflows.
  • • Conduct technical discovery across multiple systems, workflows, and disciplines to understand customer environments and pain points.
  • • Gather, document, and validate customer technical requirements and current-state infrastructure to inform solution design.
  • • Develop and present Customer Technical Vision (CTV) documents that outline long-term technical goals, adoption strategies, and digital transformation roadmaps.
  • • Create Customer Outcome Proposals (COP) with clear ROI narratives, solution justification artifacts, and deployment paths to drive customer buy-in.
  • • Serve as a strategic technical advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, building long-term trust and credibility.
  • • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to shape opportunity strategy using technical insights and customer-specific data.
  • • Coordinate internal specialists, including product experts and solution engineers, to deliver demonstrations and technical discussions.
  • • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth through additional product adoption.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, notes, and action items in internal CRM and tracking systems.
  • • Represent Autodesk at customer sites, industry events, and technical forums to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.
  • • Travel up to 25% of the time across North America and Europe to meet with customers and support on-site engagements.
  • • Translate complex Autodesk software capabilities and enterprise technology platforms into compelling, customer-centric narratives.
  • • Demonstrate ability to rapidly learn and adapt to evolving industry workflows, software updates, and customer needs.
  • • Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business outcomes and customer objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • • 2-5 years of industry knowledge or Autodesk expertise
  • • Experience building long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders
  • • Ability to travel 25% of the time throughout North America and Europe
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • • Proven ability to learn complex technologies and industry workflows
