• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical accounting functions. You will be tasked with maintaining robust internal controls, which involves meticulously reviewing journal entries, performing comprehensive reconciliations, and verifying supporting documentation to ensure strict adherence to established accounting standards and company policies. A significant part of your role will involve managing and meticulously reviewing general ledger activity. This includes the accurate recording of accruals, processing adjustments, and conducting in-depth account analyses to guarantee the precision of our financial reporting. You will also be a key player in leveraging cutting-edge AI-enabled tools and automation technologies. Your efforts will focus on streamlining accounting workflows, enhancing the efficiency of our reconciliation processes, and generally improving operational efficiency across the entire finance function. Furthermore, you will actively identify and pursue opportunities to optimize accounting operations. This involves reducing reliance on manual processes, improving the scalability of our financial systems, and ensuring our accounting infrastructure can effectively support the company's ongoing expansion.
• • You will also play a crucial role in supporting both internal and external audits. This entails preparing detailed supporting schedules, generating comprehensive reconciliation reports, and promptly and accurately responding to all audit inquiries. Collaboration is key in this role, and you will partner closely with various teams across the Finance department, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounts Payable, and Operations. This cross-functional partnership is essential to ensure seamless alignment and absolute accuracy across all financial data and reporting streams. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and transparency of CreatorIQ's financial information, providing a solid foundation for strategic decision-making and investor confidence.
