📋 Description
- • Senior Accountant role at Polygon Labs Pte. Ltd., a global blockchain payments company building infrastructure to move money instantly and reliably at internet scale, where you will play a critical role in shaping global accounting operations at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, ensuring financial integrity in a rapidly evolving environment.
- • Execute month-end close processes including journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, and balance sheet reconciliations; reconcile bank accounts and digital asset wallets with high transaction volumes; account for complex financial instruments (investment agreements, loan facilities, SAFEs/SAFTs, warrants) under US GAAP; perform entity-level financial statement flux and variance analysis; assist in preparing US GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures across global entities; maintain audit-ready workpapers and support external audits and regulatory reporting, including U.S. state filing requirements for money transmitter licenses; perform crypto subledger reconciliations between NetSuite and digital asset systems; document accounting treatment for digital asset transactions and support evolving policy development; contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives, including AI-driven reconciliation and reporting workflows.

- • You will gain deep expertise in crypto-native accounting under US GAAP, develop scalable processes in a high-growth environment, contribute to audit readiness and regulatory compliance for digital asset operations, and build experience supporting Big 4 audits and money transmitter licensing frameworks while working with cutting-edge financial technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • CPA with 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to complex accounting areas under US GAAP
- • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with crypto or digital asset accounting
- • Experience using NetSuite in a production accounting environment
- • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- • Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
