- • Build the Future with Us — EquipmentShare is Hiring a Senior Accountant
- • Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements; draft and maintain financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures; ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal accounting policies
- • Work with the Corporate Headquarters team in Columbia, MO, collaborating with accounting, FP&A, legal, tax, and external auditors to support timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting
- • Gain experience in strategic financial reporting initiatives, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to a mission-driven, innovative company transforming the construction industry
