- • Your core responsibility will involve the meticulous preparation of monthly management accounts. This goes beyond mere data compilation; you will be expected to conduct in-depth variance analysis, offering clear and concise performance commentary that highlights key drivers of financial outcomes. This analytical rigor ensures that stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial position and performance trends.
- • You will assume ownership of critical balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring that all accounts are accurate, complete, and reconciled in a timely manner, adhering strictly to all reporting deadlines. - • A significant aspect of your role will be supporting the preparation of comprehensive Board and Executive reporting packs. - • While this is a senior role, you will also provide support to transactional finance functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and other reconciliations.
