- • Senior Accountant - Fixed Assets role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets at Lambda Inc., a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning capitalization, transfers, disposals, write-offs, and impairment assessments; maintaining and reconciling the fixed asset subledger; calculating monthly depreciation for GPU hardware, data center infrastructure, leasehold improvements, furniture & fixtures, and software; partnering with Supply Chain and DC Ops on capital vs. expense treatment; preparing roll-forward and depreciation schedules; supporting external audits; developing capitalization policies; improving tracking processes via automation; collaborating with Tax on tax depreciation; and assisting in financial statement disclosures for PP&E.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of years of fixed asset or general ledger accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a high-growth technology or infrastructure company
- • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 360 (PP&E), ASC 350-40 (internal-use software), and ASC 842 (leases)
- • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle); fixed asset subledger module experience is a plus
- • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- • Effective communicator who can explain accounting concepts to non-accounting stakeholders
