Senior Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Accounting Manager at SEON Technologies Ltd., you will play a critical role in bringing structure, accuracy, and scalability to the global finance function, owning the global close process and leading core accounting operations across the US entity while partnering with international teams.
• • You will lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, own consolidated financial reporting under US GAAP, act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, define and maintain internal controls, and partner on key finance initiatives such as revenue and billing system implementation.
• • You will work within a transforming finance organization at SEON, a global leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance powered by 900+ real-time data signals, serving clients like Revolut, Wise, and Bilt, and reporting into Finance leadership with close collaboration across Budapest-based teams.
• • In this role, you will elevate accounting standards, drive US GAAP adoption, improve close cycle times, mentor a small international team, and gain experience in scaling financial operations during rapid organizational growth while building expertise in multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and finance transformation.
