📋 Description

• Senior Accounts Payable Analyst role at Fivetran Inc. in Bengaluru, India, responsible for end-to-end AP operations within the global Center of Excellence, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing to support the company’s mission of making data access simple and reliable.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning invoice processing with 2-way matching, resolving discrepancies, executing payment runs (ACH/wires), maintaining vendor master data, auditing expense reports, managing AP help desk inquiries, supporting month-end close, partnering with accounting/procurement/FP&A teams, supporting audits, and driving process improvements and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable or relevant experience
• Strong understanding of AP lifecycle and controls
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• Experience with ERP/AP tools (NetSuite, Coupa preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to measure, track, and consistently achieve KPIs such as invoice turnaround time, accuracy, and on-time payments
