  • • Own end-to-end setup, management, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms.
  • • Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, pacing discrepancies, and pixel or tracking errors with minimal oversight.
  • • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Client Success, and Product—to ensure flawless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, provide insights, and make optimization recommendations.
  • • Conduct thorough QA on campaign builds to ensure accuracy and compliance with specs.
  • • Support onboarding and peer training of junior team members, sharing best practices and process improvements.
  • • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve operational speed and accuracy.
  • • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign processes, policies, and client requirements.
  • • Bring hands-on expertise across multiple buying platforms and act as a go-to resource for campaign setup, troubleshooting, and performance insights.
  • • Execute campaigns powering over 30,000 small and medium businesses per day using Madhive’s customizable operating system for local media.
  • • Work within a fast-paced environment requiring ownership of results, precision, and continuous learning in an evolving advertising technology ecosystem.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign execution with client goals and platform capabilities.
  • • Ensure all campaign builds meet technical specifications and compliance standards before launch.
  • • Contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency and campaign performance outcomes.
  • • Serve as a technical resource for junior team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • • Utilize ad serving platforms, DSPs, and tracking systems to manage and optimize digital media campaigns.
  • • Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • • Maintain detailed records of campaign configurations, client requirements, and operational procedures.
  • • Adapt quickly to changes in advertising technology, platform updates, and industry standards.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline in high-volume campaign environments.
  • • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical team members across departments.
