  • • As a Senior Adjuster at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will investigate and adjust property and casualty claims for residential and commercial clients with minimal supervision, playing a critical role in helping individuals and businesses recover from unexpected losses.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting claims, interviewing claimants and witnesses, examining insurance policies, preparing repair or replacement cost estimates, negotiating settlements, and managing salvage and subrogation processes while maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • • IIA-AIC designation required
  • • Appropriate state adjuster license required
  • • Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • • PC literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
