📋 Description

• Support multiple VPs within Security and Product organizations as a true executive partner, bringing order to complexity and protecting focus time in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Own and optimize complex multi-stakeholder calendars, drive meeting hygiene and outcomes, coordinate operating rhythms, and manage travel and logistics for senior leaders.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between VPs, internal teams, and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Contribute to 1Password’s mission of building a safe, productive digital future by enabling leaders to focus on high-impact work in a remote-first, high-growth cybersecurity company.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP level or equivalent), ideally in Security or Product organizations.
• Demonstrated strength managing competing priorities across multiple leaders with excellent judgment and calm under pressure.
• Strong project management skills: ability to take ambiguous asks, define work, and drive to completion.
• Proficiency with modern collaboration tools including Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and calendar systems.
• High discretion and integrity with confidential information; clear, concise written and verbal communication.
