- • The Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager will take full strategic ownership of Remote’s global B2B affiliate ecosystem, moving beyond management to architect a comprehensive growth engine that directly influences company revenue through AI-driven automation and partnership optimization.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing global affiliate strategy, managing the Impact.com platform, optimizing commission structures for ROAS and LTV, recruiting and nurturing high-impact B2B partners, ensuring brand and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with creative teams on high-converting marketing materials.
- • Remote is a fully remote, globally distributed company solving global employment compliance for businesses of all sizes, with team members across six continents and a culture rooted in innovation, automation, AI, and asynchronous work.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in affiliate marketing technology, AI-driven automation frameworks, global partner ecosystems, and data-driven SaaS marketing, while gaining leadership experience in a high-impact, revenue-critical function with exposure to cross-functional teams and global market dynamics.
🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of experience managing an affiliate program within a B2B or SaaS environment
- • Proven track record of significantly growing affiliate-generated revenue in a global/multi-language environment
- • Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technology, reporting, and analytics
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- • Familiarity with Impact.com platform
- • Ability to design and implement AI-driven automation frameworks in affiliate marketing
