- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing global affiliate strategy, owning performance goals and metrics, managing the Impact.com platform for tracking/reporting/commissions, designing AI-driven automation frameworks, recruiting and managing high-impact B2B partners, optimizing commission structures for ROAS and LTV, maintaining affiliate relationships, collaborating with creative teams on marketing materials, and ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

- • Several years of experience managing an affiliate program within a B2B or SaaS environment
- • Proven track record of significantly growing affiliate-generated revenue in a global/multi-language environment
- • Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technology, reporting, and analytics
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- • Familiarity with Impact.com platform
