📋 Description

• As Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager at Remote Technologies Inc., you will take full strategic ownership of the global B2B affiliate ecosystem, moving beyond management to architect a comprehensive growth engine that directly influences company revenue through AI-driven automation and partnership optimization.
• Day to day, you will develop and execute global affiliate strategies, manage the Impact.com platform for tracking and commission payments, recruit and nurture high-impact B2B partners, collaborate with creative teams on compliant marketing materials, and implement AI-driven automation frameworks to scale performance across multi-language markets.
• Remote is a fully remote-first company solving global employment compliance for businesses worldwide, with team members across 6 continents and a culture rooted in innovation, asynchronous work, and AI integration into every role to build a best-in-class HR platform.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in affiliate marketing technology, AI-powered automation, global partner ecosystem development, and data-driven performance optimization, positioning yourself as a pivotal leader in a sophisticated SaaS environment with clear impact on revenue and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience managing an affiliate program within a B2B or SaaS environment
• Proven track record of significantly growing affiliate-generated revenue in a global/multi-language environment
• Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technology, reporting, and analytics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Impact.com platform
