- • As a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will take full strategic ownership of the global B2B affiliate ecosystem, moving beyond management to architect a comprehensive growth engine that directly impacts the company’s bottom line through optimized commission structures, maximized ROAS, and high-impact partnerships across multi-language markets.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute a global affiliate strategy aligned with company growth objectives, manage the Impact.com platform for tracking, reporting, and commission payments, design and implement AI-driven automation frameworks, curate high-impact B2B partner ecosystems, optimize commission structures for ROAS and LTV, maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates, collaborate with creative teams on marketing materials, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal regulations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of experience managing an affiliate program within a B2B or SaaS environment
- • Proven track record of significantly growing affiliate-generated revenue in a global/multi-language environment
- • Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technology, reporting, and analytics
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- • Familiarity with Impact.com
