• • Senior AI Back-End Engineer role focused on designing and scaling AI-powered backend systems for Network Solutions, a trusted digital identity authority with decades of experience securing domain names and protecting online infrastructure.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing async REST/WebSocket APIs with Python 3.11+ and FastAPI, implementing multi-agent workflows using Semantic Kernel, integrating LLM providers (OpenAI GPT-4.1/mini, Google Gemini 2.5 Flash) via a provider-agnostic layer, delivering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with vector stores like Azure AI Search, pgvector, or Chroma, exposing tool-using agents via OpenAI Assistants, evolving schemas with SQLModel/SQLAlchemy and Alembic, tuning Postgres for high-concurrency async access, maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket Jenkins, instrumenting services with structlog, OpenTelemetry, and cost/latency metrics (targeting p95 < 100ms), and championing AI-assisted development practices using GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
