📋 Description

• As a Senior AI Community Engineer at Deepgram, you will be the in-person architect of developer engagement in the Bay Area, creating hands-on experiences that turn curiosity into real-world adoption of voice AI technology.
• You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of technical events—from planning and execution to post-event analysis—designing workshops that get developers to make their first API call during sessions and building repeatable playbooks for scalability.
• You will cultivate and sustain Deepgram’s developer community across platforms like Discord, GitHub, and Reddit, identifying and nurturing top contributors into a formal Champions program through sustained engagement and relationship-building.
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Partnerships, and Advocacy teams to ensure technical content and demos reach real developers at events, while maintaining a consistent local presence in San Francisco with approximately 25% travel for national events and team gatherings.
