  • • As the Senior AI Content Marketing Manager at Tebra Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our LLM-first organic marketing strategy, aiming to significantly enhance Tebra's visibility and citation within AI-driven channels like Large Language Models (LLMs) and Google's AI Overviews (AIO). Your primary objective will be to ensure this increased visibility directly translates into tangible pipeline growth for the company.
  • • You will take ownership of the creation and continuous refinement of structured content. This content will be designed to be modular, semantically rich, and highly optimized for extraction by AI and LLMs, ensuring Tebra's information is readily accessible and usable by these emerging technologies.
  • • This role demands close collaboration with various internal teams, including Content Marketing, SEO, Product Marketing, and Creative. You will work hand-in-hand with these departments to develop scalable workflows, effectively leverage AI tools, enforce rigorous structured content standards, and maintain a high velocity of content production. Success will be measured by Tebra's consistent and increasing appearance in AI-generated search results and LLM responses.
  • • **Strategy and Roadmap Development:**
  • • Architect and implement a comprehensive content roadmap that is strategically aligned with overarching business objectives and specifically designed to drive pipeline growth.
  • • Skillfully translate SEO insights and keyword research into published content pieces that feature clear funnel narratives and compelling calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • • Proactively identify high-value content gaps, particularly in the Bottom-of-Funnel (BOFU) stage, such as comparative analyses, ROI calculators, and frequently asked implementation questions, and manage the development of assets to effectively close these gaps.
  • • **Content Development and Refreshes:**
  • • Utilize advanced AI tools to expedite content drafting, brainstorm innovative topic ideas, and generate personalized content variations tailored to diverse audience segments.
  • • Lead strategic and structured refreshes of existing content, with a keen focus on enhancing AI extractability, ensuring semantic alignment with target topics, and optimizing for conversion rates.
  • • Produce high-quality Middle-of-Funnel (MOFU) and BOFU content that strikes a critical balance between robust SEO optimization and a conversion-focused approach.
  • • Collaborate with the Creative and Web Development teams to conceptualize and create engaging product explainers, interactive calculators, and seamlessly embed crucial proof points within content assets.
  • • **Workflow and Enablement Optimization:**
  • • Champion and enforce AI-first workflows to automate and streamline the entire content lifecycle, from initial planning and briefing to drafting and final approval.
  • • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools such as AirOps, Clearscope, and Gemini to significantly boost content production speed, ensure consistency across all outputs, and increase overall output volume without compromising on quality.
  • • Develop and maintain comprehensive editorial guidelines and a robust knowledge base to effectively onboard and guide both freelance content creators and internal teams utilizing AI-assisted workflows.
  • • **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
  • • Partner closely with the SEO team to guarantee that all content is not only semantically rich and easily discoverable but also optimized for citation readiness in AI contexts.
  • • Work in tandem with Product Marketing to meticulously integrate essential product information, highlight key differentiators, and incorporate compelling proof points.
  • • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to infuse authentic customer testimonials and success stories into BOFU content, adding credibility and social proof.
  • • Coordinate with the Social Media team to ensure effective distribution of content across all relevant owned channels.
  • • **Measurement and Reporting:**
  • • Diligently track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), with a specific emphasis on Share of Citation and Pipeline Influence.
  • • Establish and maintain clear reporting mechanisms to monitor refresh velocity and content update frequency.
  • • Continuously stay abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in LLM technology and SEO, particularly as they relate to evolving AI-driven content strategies.
  • • This role is critical in positioning Tebra as a thought leader and a go-to resource in the healthcare technology space, leveraging the power of AI to drive organic growth and market presence.
