📋 Description

• Discover workflow inefficiencies across Cloudscaler’s internal departments (~80 employees) through structured interviews and pulse data collection to identify what truly frustrates teams in their daily work.
• Design and deliver hyper-relevant AI training programs tailored to each team’s actual workflows, grounded in real discovery data rather than generic prompting tutorials.
• Build department-specific AI automations using Anthropic Claude, including custom Projects, Skills, and MCP integrations that directly address identified pain points.
• Lead and execute 6–10 week Enterprise AI Fast Start engagements for enterprise customers in regulated sectors, translating internal success stories into client-facing implementations.
• Run the Weekly AI Pulse initiative to track employee happiness, confidence levels, and emerging automation opportunities across all internal and customer engagements.
• Create comprehensive AI playbooks, Skills, Plugins, onboarding materials, and training modules for both graduate and experienced hires to standardize adoption and scalability.
• Manage the MCP Evaluation Pipeline, assessing, governing, and deploying AI integrations with strict adherence to security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Establish and nurture AI champion networks within client organizations to ensure sustained adoption beyond the duration of any single engagement.
• Contribute to thought leadership and pre-sales activities by grounding proposals and pitches in real delivery outcomes, happiness metrics, and authentic user stories—never theoretical frameworks.
• Work directly with teams across functions to co-create AI solutions, embedding yourself in their daily operations to understand unspoken frustrations and unmet needs.
• Translate qualitative feedback from employees into quantitative metrics that demonstrate the impact of AI on morale, productivity, and retention.
• Operate with autonomy in a nascent function, defining processes and methodologies from scratch based on real-world feedback and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure all AI enablement initiatives align with the ethical, security, and compliance standards required when working with government and defence sector clients.
• Maintain direct visibility to senior leadership, influencing organizational strategy through data-driven insights on AI adoption and human-centered design.
• Deliver measurable improvements in how employees feel about their work, not just how much they use AI tools, prioritizing agency and emotional buy-in over adoption metrics.
• Adapt onsite presence dynamically based on customer requirements, spending 1–3 days per week in Central London for client engagements while maintaining hybrid flexibility for internal work.
• Represent Cloudscaler as a trusted advisor in enterprise AI transformation, leveraging the company’s status as an AWS Advanced Partner to deliver secure, scalable, and impactful solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Broad professional experience across multiple business functions with deep understanding of cross-departmental workflows and friction points
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale training or enablement programs
• Strong facilitation skills with comfort leading large group sessions and guiding collaborative AI problem-solving
• Hands-on, daily experience using generative AI tools, particularly Claude, with a track record of helping colleagues solve real problems
• Empathy and interpersonal skills to uncover genuine workplace frustrations beyond surface-level responses
• Ability to work autonomously in a new, undefined function without a pre-existing playbook

🏖️ Benefits

• Salary range of £90,000 - £115,000
• Hybrid work model with 1–3 onsite days per week in Central London depending on customer needs
