📋 Description

• Senior AI Engineer role focused on building and scaling LLM-powered healthcare products used daily by thousands of clinicians across Europe, directly improving patient care through AI-native workflows.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading AI initiatives from concept to production, designing robust systems for prompting, orchestration, evaluation, and agents, owning end-to-end project delivery, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to create reliable, magical AI experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2–4 years spent primarily building and shipping LLM-powered products
• Strong hands-on experience applying modern LLMs in production environments, not just experimentation or research
• Experience building agentic workflows or complex multi-step LLM systems
• Experience leading technical initiatives or owning major AI product areas with high autonomy
• Experience with evaluation pipelines, model monitoring, or AI reliability systems
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to build high-quality systems end-to-end
